On November 2, 2010, Pete Carcione will be signing copies of The New Greengrocer Cookbook, a modern take on his father's 1975 bestselling cookbook. Pete will be joined by some of the cookbook's contributors - some of the best and brightest chefs in the nation - who will be preparing some of the cookbook's featured recipes. Intrigued? wholesale produce man with over 40 years experience.

7:25-7:50 Diem Doonan

“Green Papaya Pomelo Salad”
Diem Doonan is a California Culinary graduate and has been cooking
professionally over 7 years. While incorporating the traditional Le
Cordon Bleu training, her flavors lend tribute to her Vietnamese
background.
